Bollywood Actor Tiger Shroff Shared a Look at How He's Staying Shredded in Isolation

Like many of us, Bollywood star Tiger Shroff has been staying inside to protect himself and others from spreading the coronavirus. And like many of us—from former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to actor Dolph Lundgren to TV host Tim Tebow—he’s been looking for ways to stay fit while physically distancing himself.

Judging by his Instagram feed, he’s managed to do it. He recently posted this thirst trap showing off his physique in the “jungle,” though the surrounding foliage doesn’t look that threatening. (Cool shades, though.)

He also shared a workout montage, writing, “My mom never let us play in the house when we were kids, guess this time she has no choice.”

The video shows him doing standing barbell curls by the ocean in what look like gale force winds and some sunset hanging leg raises. It closes with him casually kicking a soccer ball around a very nice house.

That video is approaching three million views—and if that surprises you, it may be because you don’t know Tiger Shroff. That’s okay, but a lot of people do know him; right now he’s got almost 21 million Instagram followers, thanks to his role in big-budget Bollywood action movies. He’s known for his impressive dancing skills and willingness to take on difficult stunt work. He’s one of India’s highest-paid actors, even after only appearing in a handful of films.

Fittingly, he’s also slated to take up the title role in a Hindi-language remake of the Rambo series, with the new First Blood to be released this year. (So yeah, you can probably call him the Bollywood Sylvester Stallone.) His latest movie release was derailed when theaters across India shut down because of the coronavirus, though—which is why he’s home like the rest of us, sharing his makeshift workouts.
