Vanessa Hudgens And Her 6-Pack Abs Lounge On A Turtle Float In New Bikini Photos On Instagram

  • Vanessa Hudgens, 32, shows off her beachy hair and washboard abs in brand new bikini photos on Instagram.
  • The actress’ core looks beyond toned in a bright, geometric bikini, complete with a matching headscarf and cardigan.
  • Vanessa says working out six days a week and her combo keto and intermittent fasting diet helps her maintain her strong bod.

Vanessa Hudgens, 32, is all about the sun and sea air this summer.

A quick peek at her Instagram reveals trips to the beach and the pool, where Vanessa clearly thrives. In a new post, she looks right at home on the sand and in the ocean—while lounging on a giant turtle-shaped float, of course.

“Sun girl At it again. Feat. Mama g and 🐢,” the actress captioned the photos. Cute suit aside, Vanessa is looking super strong and sculpted in the new pics. Her washboard abs are on full display, and her legs seem extra toned, too.

Fans totally picked up on Vanessa’s vibes: “OMG SIS YOU LOOK SO GOOD,” one user gushed in the comments. “Yesss queen! you killed it as always,” someone else added. (Totally agree!)

Wondering just how Vanessa stays in such great shape? Her workout routine is super intense, natch.

She told Women’s Health that she squeezes in six sweat sessions a week, usually in the mornings. “Working out is like moving meditation. I feel you can work through things better in movement than being stagnant,” she said.

When she’s in the gym, Vanessa bounces between exercises, from Pilates to ballet to yoga. She also likes Training Mate classes, which are circuit-based HIIT workouts created by an Australian rugby player. And she’s a huge SoulCycle fan: “Leaving the room knowing that I’m stronger than when I got there helps boost my confidence,” she told WH.

As for her diet, Vanessa likes to combine keto foods with intermittent fasting. Some of her fridge staples include kombucha (“It’s full of probiotics, but you get a nice little buzz!”), berries, avocados, and arugula (which she says she eats “almost every day”).

“I need high fats,” she told Women’s Health. “If I’m not getting enough, my body holds on to calories. We’ve been trained to think that fats are bad, but they’re so good—a source of energy and sustenance that keeps you going through the day. That’s the only way I can not eat carbs.”

Overall, Vanessa strives for balance in her meals. “I love finding things that are good for you and also taste amazing,” she told Women’s Health. “I try to get enough healthy fats, protein, and foods that give me energy.”

Sounds pretty simple to me (and definitely looks like it’s working!).
