- Tracee Ellis Ross just showed off her toned abs and butt in a new at-home workout video.
- The Black-ish star, 47, was doing a live stream of the Tracy Anderson Method.
- Tracee swears by the dance-based workout to keep herself “strong and long.”
Like you, Tracee Ellis Ross is doing at-home workouts RN. Apparently, the 47-year-old Black-ish star is going all in on her new exercise routine, because Tracee’s abs and butt look amazing in a new Instagram video.
In the post, Tracee can be seen doing all kinds of moves while watching a Tracy Anderson Method live stream. She’s wearing a black sports bra and purple metallic Carbon38 leggings, and she looks super fit.
“A mash up of this morning’s @tracyandersononlinestudio live stream class,” she wrote in the caption. “I did my best, did a lot of giggling and talking to myself and made some variations as best I could on the moves I couldn’t do (being extra careful).”
The Girlfriends alum then talked up how awesome Tracy’s workouts are. (In case you’re not familiar with the Tracy Anderson Method, it’s a dance-based workout that mostly uses your body weight to build strong, lean muscles.) “It keeps me strong and long with a little jiggle. Just like I like!” Tracee said.
Of course, working out at home isn’t perfect, but Tracee was on her A-game to make the experience as awesome as possible. “We are usually in a 98 degree studio. My makeshift home space is not nearly as hot but this is working and wonderful,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful. Thank you Tracy for your spirit and care. I miss the beautiful energy of our studio space, the Tracy team and all the regular members. As usual, sending deep gratitude to all those working in essential industries and wishing everyone joy, love, and health.”
This isn’t the first time Tracee has raved about the Tracy Anderson Method: She also talked it up in a series of Instagram Stories last year, per Vogue, and shared video on Instagram of herself doing one of Tracy’s workouts in 2018.
Get it, Tracee!
