Wow – what a body of work! Not one to let motherhood get in the way of her stringent fitness routine, Michelle Bridges is looking more ripped than ever!
Almost nine months after welcoming son Axel into the world, the former Biggest Loser trainer has posted this photo on Instagram showing off her incredibly ripped and defined physique.
Detailing her daily workout, the supermum says her routine consists of 7 km of running, 75 dumbbell lunges, 75 burpees and 10 minutes of active mobility!
Back in June the star wrote an emotional Facebook post saying she doubted her fitness and ‘doubt[ed] wether [sic] I can pull myself back’.
‘My training has been inconsistent. Period. And that’s ok. I’m here. I’m pushing. It might not be pretty, but that’s ok too!’ she wrote.
