Celeb Trainer Tiffiny Hall Shares Her Day On A Plate

Welcome to my day on a plate. I’m actually a pretty lucky lady, when I’m planning out my meals on Prep Sunday, all I have to do is scroll through my tiffxo.com database and plan from there. The hardest thing is figuring out which delicious thing to make.

I always make sure I fill my day with loads of water, herbal tea and more water and make sure I have as many TIFFXO friendly snacks as possible. For those days I haven’t been busy in the kitchen, I make sure I still have #happyfit friendly snacks near like veggie sticks, grapefruits, eggs and hummus.

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it breaks the overnight sleep fast as well as fuelling us up for the day, bringing some charge to our brains and energy to our day. I am currently embracing the winter weather and am loving my TIFFXO Chai-spiced Quinoa Porridge with Blueberries as it fills me up with good, long lasting energy for me to film new TIFFXO workouts and it’s easy peasy to prep the night before. There is something comforting knowing I’m going to wake up to something healthy, delicious and will start the pep in my step.

Lunch is important for a few things. Not only does it give you a chance to have a break from the morning’s tasks, but it also allows you to refuel yourself to keep you going for the rest of the arvo. I find by lunchtime I am pretty ravenous from running around I need something to help replenish my energy so I can tackle the second part of the day. This is where my Warm Eggplant, Chickpea and Mint Salad comes in, the chickpeas proving protein for the rest of my day ahead and the eggplant providing an array of needed vitamins and minerals. Also did I mention it’s delicious?

An easy to assemble and a fave in our house is my TIFFXO Moroccan Lamb & Chickpea Soup, it’s warm, comforting and beyond satisfying. Super easy to make ahead and I often bulk cook and freeze for those busy nights. This is super filling to help me recover from the day and an excellent source of protein, carbs and veggies.

I don’t have allocated snack times, I listen to my body and eat when I’m hungry. I can’t get enough of my Pumpkin, Pecan & Maple Muffins. No matter what your kitchen skill is, any Ninja can make them with ease. They’re a great grab and go snack when you’re running out the door and they’re also 100% freezable so you can bake, portion and grab when you need. You won’t have the hangry excuse anymore with my TIFFXO snacks!
