Fresh off revealing his Hulk-approved physique in a viral workout photo last week, Avengers actor Chris Hemsworth released new training footage yesterday that reveals how he’s been putting those gains to good use.
In the brief clip, the actor best known for portraying the God of Thunder is shown bringing the hammer down on his personal trainer and frequent sparring partner, Centr trainer Luke Zocchi, who reacts with nervous laughter after one particularly explosive jab to right cross combo.
Celebrities like Hemsworth’s Endgame co-star Josh Brolin and MMA featherweight Max Holloway were quick to react with a series of emoji-laden comments. The sequence also earned high praise from veteran UFC fighter Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone, who responded, “Ok ok ok! Damn I need to look like that on the pads.”

The footage is the latest evidence of Hemsworth’s ongoing strength transformation, fueling rumors that he could be set to start filming a long-awaited Hulk Hogan biopic. Earlier this year, Hemsworth said, he would “need to put on more size than I ever have before, even more than I put on for Thor.” By at least one estimate, he succeeded: Last week, Hogan himself gave Hemsworth his seal of approval, stating that Hemsworth is “ready” to play the WWE icon in his origin story.
