NFL Star Myles Garrett Looks More Jacked Than Ever in a Shirtless Training Video

Myles Garrett is one big dude. The Cleveland Browns’ defensive end even became the subject of a meme earlier this month, when he arrived on stage to announce the team’s third-round pick on draft night wearing a suit that was so tight-fitting around his enormous biceps looked like it would give way, Incredible Hulk-style, if he were to move his shoulders the wrong way.

Now the two-time Pro Bowler is sharing a workout with fans. In a training video shared on Instagram this week, Garrett performs a “light circuit workout” using just a kettlebell—and takes the opportunity to show off his massive chest and arms at the same time.

The workout itself consists of 20 kettlebell swings, 15 goblet squats, 10 pushups, and 5 pullups, performed for 6 sets with 45 seconds of rest in between, followed by a “bonus round” of 4 sets of single-arm kettlebell swings, single-arm front squats, pushups and pullups. Garrett advises picking a heavy kettlebell; “Those last 5 reps should burn,” he says.

“The circuit itself is a series of basic total-body moves,” explains Men’s Health fitness director, Ebenezer Samuel C.S.C.S. “He has a hinge motion with the kettlebell swing, he follows with a squat motion, so that means you’ve hit your legs, and then you push with the pushups and pull with the pullups. It’s pretty standard, but a decent total-body workout that’ll get your metabolism up, too.”
