Kate Hudson, 41, Just Showed Off Her Super Toned Abs In A New Sweaty Instagram Selfie

Kate Hudson, 41, could not look any cuter—or fitter!—than she did in her latest Instagram selfie. In the post, the Truth Be Told actress shared three pics of herself showing off her super toned abs post-workout on her Peloton bike showing off a new bright pink workout ‘fit.

“‘Pink cause you are so very’…what song? 😜 We dropped some bright colors for spring today @fabletics 💕 And they good and happy! #fableticscofounder,” she captioned the pic.

And he followers were loving the look, and also answered the question in her caption.

“Pretty in Pink! Lovely ❤️❤️,” one follower commented. Another wrote, “Pink, it was love at first sight! Aerosmith 🔥❤️❤️.”

Besides her Peloton, Kate’s also previously given her followers a glimpse into her home gym, which includes a full rack of dumbbells, a mini trampoline, Obé barre ball, yoga mats, and a Bosu ball. And she’s also posted photos and videos of herself doingvirtual Tracy Anderson Method workouts in her home gym.

She really is the queen of mixing up her workouts. The Almost Famous star also loves to do Pilates, and she regularly posts her workouts (which she tries to do once or twice a week) with trainer Nicole Stuart.

“I’ve known her since I was 19 years old,” Kate told Women’s Health in 2019. “I know I’m at my strongest is when I’m doing my Pilates because it never gets easier. The more you do Pilates, the harder the things you can do become. I love how flexible I feel, and I like what it does to the shape of my body.”

And to slow things down, she also loves yoga, which she really got into while pregnant with her daughter, Rani Rose.

“I loved my practice with my growing belly and connecting to her beautiful spirit,” Kate told her followers last year on International Yoga Day. It’s still part of her workout routine—and so easy to practice at home when she’s not pounding the pavement, er, Peleton.
