Jenna Jameson Just Answered All Of Your Burning Keto Questions On Instagram
If you’re on the keto diet and you’re still not following Jenna Jameson on Instagram, IDK what you’re doing, but you’ve gotta get on that.
Case in point: her newest Instagram post, where Jenna went ahead and answered the most common questions she gets from fans—and her fellow keto dieters should definitely take notes (she’s lost 80 pounds since starting the diet in April, after all).
Here are all the deets: According to Jenna, she still intermittent fasts (6 p.m. to 11 a.m.)—but only for five days a week. And as for working out on the keto diet, Jenna says she definitely doesn’t credit exercise for her weight loss—that’s all keto. “I only began lifting weights and a bit of yoga this last month,” she says.

Answers to my most asked questions. What hours do you intermittent fast? 6pm to 11am 5 days a week. Did you work out on top of keto to get your results? NO! I only began lifting weights and a bit of yoga this last month. Why are your tattoos switched in the pictures? One image is taken in the mirror. How tall are you? 5’7” Will you stay on keto forever? YES, it makes me feel strong and sharp. Why would I want to go back to feeling like a sloth? What do you put in your morning coffee? Sugar free coffee mate and stevia. Italian sweet cream coffee mate is my only vice. Did keto effect you milk supply? (I’m a nursing mom) no, but I recommend not doing keto until your baby is eating solids and breastfeeding. Just as a precaution. All mamas supplies and nursing journeys are different. What do you do if you hit a weight loss plateau? I cut dairy for a few days and it works like a charm! Love you guys, keto on! #ketodiet #intermittentfasting #beforeandafterweightloss #weightlossjourney #beforeandafter #ketomama #qanda #sahmlife

When asked how long she plans to stay on keto, Jenna says the diet is a forever thing. “It makes me feel strong and sharp,” she says. “Why would I want to go back to feeling like a sloth?”
But apparently even the keto queen herself has her vices—she loves “sweet cream Coffee-mate”—adding that her morning drink of choice is coffee with sugar-free Coffee-mate and stevia. (Jenna’s definitely mentioned this coffee hack before in earlier diet breakdowns. Another one of Jenna’s fave drinks? Fresca.)
Jenna’s daughter Batelli also (albeit indirectly) came up in her post when she revealed readers often ask her if the keto diet affects her milk supply (she’s currently nursing Batelli). “No, but I recommend not doing keto until your baby is eating solids and breastfeeding,” she writes. “Just as a precaution. All mamas supplies and nursing journeys are different.”
(That’s actually pretty good advice, tbh—while it’s not necessarily harmful for your baby to breastfeed on keto, that doesn’t mean you should do it without also making sure they get their fair share of nutrients from other sources.)
Lastly, Jenna tackled the ever-popular question of plateaus—specifically what to do if you hit one (a.k.a., your weight loss has stalled) on the keto diet. “I cut out dairy for a few days and it works like a charm,” she wrote.
Clearly, Jenna’s got this keto diet thing down pat—and according to her plentiful before-and-after photos, it shows.
