Jenna Jameson Says She’s Eating More Calories To Stay At 125 Pounds

For most, the whole point of going on a diet (like the keto diet) is to lose weight—but uh, what happens when you’ve finally reached your goal?

For Jenna Jameson, she’s working on maintaining (she’s happy at 125 pounds right now)–and that means upping her calories a bit.

“Since I’m at my goal weight (125) I don’t want to lose more, so I’m upping my calories from my usual #ketodiet,” she wrote in a new Instagram post, next to a new before and after photo of herself.

Let’s talk maintenance. This is something I know very little about, but like everything I do… I’m trusting my intuition. Since I’m at my goal weight (125) I don’t want to lose more, so I’m upping my calories from my usual #ketodiet . But LISTEN TO ME, I am not saying to myself… “it’s ok to eat garbage processed nastiness! I am sticking to yummy organic fresh foods. I’m just allowing myself room. Yesterday I ate a HUGE siracha burger with jalapeños done protein style. I ate salmon and a big Caesars salad for dinner and had my usual three eggs and cheese for breakfast. My scale is reflecting and staying put. I think a lot of us worry about details that don’t really matter, like times and exact numbers. My advice is trust your intuition and trust your body. I also allow myself a treat more often now. Once a week I get some gelato or ice cream. Guilty pleasure for sure! Let me know your thoughts on maintaining your goal weight! Love you ? #ketotransformation #beforeandafterweightloss #beforeandafter #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #keto #weightloss #intermittentfasting *for the haters that are saying I’m photoshopping, plz view my Ig story where I post video ?

But for Jenna, that doesn’t mean slipping back into her old, unhealthy ways of eating: “I am not saying to myself… ‘it’s ok to eat garbage processed nastiness!’ I am sticking to yummy organic fresh foods,” she wrote.

For example, she says, “Yesterday I ate a HUGE sriracha burger with jalapeños done protein style. I ate salmon and a big Caesar salad for dinner, and had my usual three eggs and cheese for breakfast.” (FYI: “Protein-style” burgers are typically wrapped in lettuce in lieu of a bun.)

As a result, she says, her scale is “staying put.” “I think a lot of us worry about details that don’t really matter, like times and exact numbers,” she continued. “My advice is trust your intuition and trust your body. I also allow myself a treat more often now. Once a week I get some gelato or ice cream. Guilty pleasure for sure!”

A few days prior, Jenna also shared what a typical “cheat meal” looks like for her. “When I have a cheat meal, I go IIIIIIN! Israeli style!” she wrote, next to a photo of herself in front of several plates of food.

But overall, Jenna followed (and still follows) the keto diet pretty perfectly. She shared exactly what she eats with fans on Instagram in late August, saying she goes for “the exact same thing” every morning: three eggs with cheese and avocado. “Lunch is my biggest meal,” she said “I always eat arugula salad, grilled asparagus or zucchini with some kind of meat (usually a hamburger patty or grilled chicken).”

As for those delicious-sounding sriracha burgers, I’ll take two.
