Megan Thee Stallion has been busting her booty as part of her self-described “Hottie Bootcamp,” and her hard work is already showing. The “Body” rapper just shared an update pic on Instagram as part of her health and fitness journey, and her glutes looks seriously toned.

Megan didn’t get that toned booty overnight—she’s been doing Hot Girl Sh*t for a while now. The “Savage” rapper announced in mid-January that she would be going on a new health and fitness journey with an IGTV video. “So Hottie Bootcamp in my house is officially starting!” she wrote at the time. “It’s not necessarily a weight loss journey but a health journey 💙 Y’all will be experiencing this with me every step of the way 😝 real healthy girl sh*t …”
The Grammy nominee kicked things off by cleaning out her pantry. “I like to snack and I like to eat whatever I want to eat,” she said. “And I just feel like lately, the things that I’ve been eating have been not so good for my body.”
Megan’s also been kicking up her workout routine. She’s worked her way through moves like balancing on two bosu balls and doing squats with a kettlebell, weighted walking squats, dumbbell rolls, leg lifts, and fire hydrants.

She’s also been boxing for cardio, throwing some serious punches at her trainer, Tim.
Megan has even been taking pole dancing lessons, which she calls “thee hardest workout” she’s ever done. “This sh*t kicked my a** but I’m definitely going back!” she added.
