Yes, Disney World’s Mac and Cheetos Is as Glorious as It Sounds

Pack your bags: A MAC. AND. CHEESE. truck is coming to Disney Springs!!! The parks have become a food haven of late, but this newest addition has climbed to the top of my must-try list. I mean, mac and Cheetos from the happiest place on earth?! Don’t have to ask me twice.

The truck joins a fleet of food trucks parked on the west side of Disney Springs, per the Disney Parks Blog. The menu sounds truly wild—like, have-to-order-one-of-each wild. The glorious creation you see above is the Crunchy Mac and Cheese. It is made with SIX different cheeses and is topped with crunchy cheese puffs.

Other options include the Bacon Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese, which sounds like a true feast. It’s made with cheddar and American cheese and ground beef and is topped with bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato, sliced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and crispy potato sticks. Could you just…melt into a food coma right now?!

Italian food fans will want to order the Chicken Parmesan Mac and Cheese. It is mixed with Alfredo sauce, which automatically puts it at an advantage, and is topped with fried chicken, marinara sauce, Parmesan, and basil. For a more southern bowl, the Smoked Brisket Mac and Cheese comes with cheddar, smoked gouda, smoked brisket, barbecue sauce, onion rings, and chives.

We’re still not done—there’s a seafood mac called the Lobster and Shrimp Mac and Cheese. Besides the seafood, it’s made with cheddar and Swiss cheeses and topped with crackers.

All these delicious bites will be available at Disney Springs sometime in March, so for now, start planning which ones to order first.
