Paulina Porizkova, 56, And Her Friend Show Off Strong Abs In Topless Bikini Photo On Instagram
- Paulina Porizkova, 56, shows off her sculpted abs with her friend wearing only a bikini bottom and a couple emojis.
- The supermodel just started working out in her 40s and created her own routine with Youtube dance videos and Pilates.
- Paulina enjoys working out for its mental and emotional benefits, as well as the physical ones.
Supermodel Paulina Porizkova has found a new way to rock a face mask in her latest Instagram snap…and it’s not on her face. In the pic, Paulina, 56, and her friend Liz Carey used mask emojis as pasties to cover up in a topless bikini snap. While their mask styling is more entertaining than effective, Paulina’s abs are looking fitter than ever.
“We’re told we need to wear masks again. So @thelizcarey and I are obliging.😜😷 My friends (and family) are my true riches. They laugh and cry with me, they feed me and water me, physically and spiritually. 😉 And allow for both sides to “bare” their souls. And yes, bodies. Thank you @thelizcarey for the photos and the fun and the food!❤️#thatswhatfriendsarefor #betweenjloandbettywhite #sexyhasnoexpirationdate #bff,” she captioned the snap.

“Now THAT is how to wear your mask!!!💯👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻😃😃😉💥💥🔥🔥❤️❤️,” one fan commented. The real star are those sculpted abs. Paulina has been working on her core lately, and it shows.
Paulina stays fit by doing Youtube dance videos almost everyday. “It’s become something that’s like brushing my teeth. It’s something I have to do,” she told Elle. (She did, after all, appear on Dancing with the Stars.) And it helped her start to develop an exercise routine that includes Pilates. Paulina shared in an Instagram post that she works out “3-5 days a week”.

“I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants,” she told the publication. “I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?”
Although Paulina used to rely on “cigarettes and poor nutrition” when she was younger and working as a supermodel, now she focuses on fueling her body with all foods in moderation.
“I’m not for any diet. I just really, really believe in eating moderately,” she told Everyday Health. “There’s nothing wrong with eating half a chocolate bar. It’s much better than depriving yourself and then gorging. Allow yourself a little chocolate, a glass of wine, every day – but of course, don’t eat things like Twinkies.”
