Simone Biles is back home after the Olympics and it seems like she’s thrilled. She’s shared photos on Instagram of herself cheering on her boyfriend, Houston Texans player Jonathan Owens, at practice, and now she’s here with two new bikini pics.
The gymnastics GOAT kept the caption simple: “ sweet like candy.” In the photos she’s working a gorgeous rainbow-colored tie-dyed string bikini. No shocker here: Her abs, legs, arms—everything—look super toned.
People were all about it in the comments. “Soooo beautiful,” one wrote. “you deserve this Hot Girl Summer Simone ,” another said.

Simone clearly loves this suit (and fair), because she later posted a mirror selfie of herself in it, along with matching rainbow slippers. Obviously, Simone gets super fit by logging hours at her gymnastic center (she previously told Women’s Health that she usually spends five or six hours a day training at the gym). But she also shared that she does cross-training to get a well-balanced workout.
“We swam twice a week—almost a mile!” she told Women’s Health before the 2016 Olympics. “I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn’t bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we’d have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello.”
And, while she tries to eat healthily, she doesn’t stress about calories. “I do not track anything,” she told WH. “I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym.”
Simone said she’s very conscious of the risk of eating disorders in her sport and makes a point to try to avoid certain habits that could put her down that path. “For gymnasts, in particular, [calorie tracking] can lead to health problems and eating issues, so I just eat what I know I can and should,” she said.
Simone told WH that she usually starts her day with a light breakfast of oatmeal or fruit, and a protein shake after her first workout. “Usually I drink half after the first practice and half after the second practice. One of my favorite flavors at the moment is vanilla. It always changes, but it’s currently vanilla,” she said.
For lunch and dinner, Simone might order healthy takeout or make her own meal. When she’s cooking, “it’s usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill,” she says.
