Elizabeth Hurley Is 53—But She Literally Looks 23 In This New Bikini Photo

Consider me #slayed. Elizabeth Hurley is 53 years old, mom to 17-year-old son Damian, and still manages to kill the bikini game.

Every. Single. Day.

Today, the actress, model, and swimwear designer shared an Instagram photo of herself wearing a leopard-print bikini from her collection, Elizabeth Hurley Beach, while frolicking near an infinity pool in a picturesque setting.

Which, honestly, is goals.

She’s still crushing it at Hollywood events, too. Last week, Elizabeth attended the Rocketman premiere in London, where she wore a double-breasted white suit and carried a sparkly plastic clutch as a nod to the glitter-drenched early days of Sir Elton John.

So, um, how does Elizabeth look so drop-dead gorgeous all the damn time? (Seriously, her skin! Her abs!) Previously, she told Women’s Health that she keeps her diet clean by starting the day at 7:30 a.m. with two cups of warm water (sometimes with a splash of apple cider vinegar), plus Greek yogurt with banana and honey.

After her morning workout, she eats vegetable soup for lunch, and dinner is grilled chicken with veggies. She told The Cut she likes to eat locally (veggies grown in Hertfordshire), and even kept a small organic farm with livestock while her son was growing up.

As for workouts, she does yoga and Pilates “sometimes,” mostly while on vacation. Otherwise, you’ll find Elizabeth doing a few sets of squats, for “as long as it takes to brush her teeth.”

Her other workout secret? Dogs. Her Labrador, Hector, and cocker spaniel, Mia, keep her moving throughout the day on 30-minute dog walks and long hikes. And it looks like she’s chasing a new puppy, Ava, too.

“Fresh air frees you of all tension,” Elizabeth said.
