Chloe Bailey, 23, and Halle Bailey, 21, just blessed the Internet with some brand new #fitspo at Global Citizen Live in Los Angeles, California. While performing onstage, the sisters looked unbelievably toned in matching dresses that bare it all. The nude, sparkly gowns showed off the pair’s sculpted legs and lifted booties, and fans were living for it on Instagram.
Plenty of users flooded the comments with “😍” emojis, while someone else wrote, “🔥🔥🔥 come on!” “Is there anything you CAN’T do?😛🔥,” one fan asked. (Honestly, I’m wondering the same thing!)

So, just how do Chloe and Halle stay in such great shape? The sisters told Teen Vogue in 2017 that their workouts start first thing in the morning. “Every morning we walk our little brother to school. That helps us start our day off nice and refreshed,” they said.
The duo also get their steps in with a run every now and then: “We love to go running, around three times a week,” they explained. “My sister and I like the rhythm to match the pace of our run, so we choose anything with high energy and fast tempo! Our workout playlist consists of Beyonce, The Weeknd, Kanye, TwentyOne Pilots, Bruno Mars, etc. We like to have fun!”
When touring in a new city, Chloe and Halle also go for a walk to get their heart rate up. “My sister and I love to explore and sight-see. Just walking around to each destination instead of getting a car, is an easy, fun, and healthy way to stay fit. Performing every night is also a fantastic workout,” they added.
As for their diet, Chloe and Halle are vegan, “so making healthy eating choices are always important.” Breakfast is usually maple and brown sugar oatmeal with fruit on the side. For lunch, the two chow down on Chloe’s veggie hot dogs with Halle’s homemade kale chips. And dinner might be veggie balls with spinach and brown rice.
Plus, in a YouTube video produced for BuzzFeed, Halle revealed that Chloe has “certain foods that you just love, like jasmine white rice, bread, apples, grapes, and watermelon.”
