Starbucks Is Selling a Tumbler with a Pencil Straw and Notebook Design That's Perfect for Teachers
There is certainly no shortage of Starbucks reusable cups out there and they’re all exciting, but this recent find is perhaps one of the coolest. Fans have been spotting a reusable cup designed to shout-out the people who arguably deserve a caffeine fix most: teachers!
Thanks to totallythebomb.com, we recently noticed that Starbucks has released a paper- and pencil-style tumbler much to the delight of teachers and professors everywhere. The actual cup is designed to look like a sheet of notebook paper, it’s slightly translucent, but you can clearly see the iconic lines that any teacher would know anywhere. In perhaps the cutest detail, though, the straw is designed to look like a wooden #2 pencil, eraser and all. I MEAN.
Judging by where many people have found them, these cups seem to be exclusive to Starbucks locations inside of Target stores. In fact, they’re often found alongside a few other teacher-specific items like mugs rocking some adorable apples and ceramic bag desk ornaments, just in case you need an excuse to stop on by as you make your Target run.
Obviously, this is the time of year when you might want to send your favorite teacher some appreciation, especially as they wrap up a particularly challenging school year. This seems like the perfect gift if you feel inclined to do so! Additionally, the pencil and paper tumbler could also make a cool gift for a student starting college in the fall. Who doesn’t love learning and coffee or simply a freshly sharpened number two pencil? Trick question, we all do!
