Stiftung Warentest praises of butter set

The products of Rama and Botterram together contained even 39 or 38 grams of palm oil per 100 grams – more than rapeseed oil and milk fat. In addition, the Tester found in both products, so-called 3-MCPD esters, which act in very high doses may be carcinogenic.
Reason for concern this is not likely to: Currently no limit values for the substances exist, there are however, discussed maximum values. This drew the two products only to 80 percent. Apart from that, the testers found that none of the Spreads values for pollutants, no plasticizers, ingredients such as mineral oils call.
Test winner: “aromatic cream based, fresh smell”
As for the taste, the inspectors came to the winner of the test, the coating of fat from Weihenstephan, literally into raptures. “The examiner quoted an aromatic cream based, with a fresh, light milk sour odor and taste”, – stated in the test report.
