Rita Ora just had the best time celebrating her boyfriend Taika Waititi’s birthday, and she was clearly feeling herself on the big night—as she should.
The “Let You Love Me” singer dropped a ton of photos from a star-studded birthday dinner for Taika, including plenty with herself working a gorgeous black sheer dress. “Cutie with the boot – ieeee 🖤,” she captioned a series of shots of herself at the dinner. The low-cut dress is skintight, and shows how fit Rita really is.

Rita has been outspoken about the importance of body positivity. “You have to come to terms with loving your body,” she previously told Cosmopolitan. “Stand naked in front of the mirror, and say, ‘I’m f—king sexy.’ That’s where it starts.”
But the 30-year-old doesn’t look like that from talking herself up in the mirror—she puts in some serious time at the gym. “I started working out to feel better,” she previously told Shape. “And I think it’s important for women to know that.”
Rita said she tries to exercise for one to two hours a day, doing a bunch of circuit training with weights, along with cardio. She’s huge on leg day, with plenty of squats and sled pushes in the mix.
Rita has also learned to be patient when it comes to getting results.
“What I’ve learned is that you can take your time with training,” she told Shape. “You don’t have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I’m approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.”
