Nicole Scherzinger, 43, Shows Off Her Super Sculpted Abs On Vacation In Two New Bikini Instagram Posts

Nicole Scherzinger, 43, is currently taking an amazing vacation on the small island of Canouan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and she is sharing lots of content from her relaxing beachside trip, which has included lots of yoga seshes.

The former Pussycat Doll shared two recent Instagram posts, showing her meditating and also crushing a popular TikTok dance, both while rocking a stringy white bikini showing off her super strong and sculpted body.

In her first post, she shared a couple of serene pics showing her meditating poolside in front of the ocean.

In her second post, she turned up the energy, dancing to the viral “Chosen” dance challenge, perfectly nailing the choreography. (Of course, we expected nothing less!)

Nicole has always made her mental and physical health a priority. Nicole loves yoga and she’s been getting in a lot of outdoor yoga sessions (both poolside and beachside) during her current vacay.

When she’s not on vacation, she also mixes it up in the gym.

“In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she told Women’s Health UK. “When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called SoulCycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in L.A.”

But for now, she’s taking full advantage of her gorgeous vacay setting with her outdoor workouts.
