Bella Hadid knows a thing or two about staying fit, and she just dropped a series of pics on Instagram that show off her toned body.
The photo dump is pretty simple: In it, the model is working a tight black tank top and yoga shorts while taking pics of herself next to what looks like a construction site. And yeah, it’s kinda hard to miss the fact that her legs and arms look super toned.

People were all about it in the comments. “Most beautiful human being,” one wrote. “Looking stunning,” another said.
Bella has made it clear that she works hard for that body-ody-ody. “When I work out . . . I train and I work out hard for two hours,” she previously told E! News. “If I’m gonna go for it, I’m gonna go hard.” And, FWIW, Bella said she’s into exercising. “I really do like it,” she said.

So…what does she do, exactly? Bella said she likes to go for runs and lift weights, but she’ll do a barre workout sometimes, too.
She’s also big into boxing. “When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions,” Bella told Vogue Paris. BTW: She usually pairs that with a running session.
“I run non-stop for 20 minutes, followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes,” Bella said. “We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun.”
Bella also likes to eat healthily. She previously shared a snapshot of her fridge in her Instagram Stories, captured by Harper’s Bazaar, and it’s packed with good-for-you stuff. She has plenty of fat-free Siggi’s Icelandic yogurt, raspberry preserves for some sweetness, cashew butter, and almond butter, along with coconut water, kombucha, San Pellegrino, Blueprint juices, and Oatly oat milk.
Below that, she has lots of raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, along with hummus, salami, brie, and apples.
Bella also told Harper’s Bazaar that she eats a lot of protein like salmon or chicken, along with vegetables. “I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try to fill myself up with things that will make me feel good,” she said.
