Sauerkraut salad with peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the Sauerkraut salad

  • 450 g Sauerkraut, raw (self-made) – squeeze it and drain*
  • 150 g red bell pepper – remove seeds and cut into thin strips

* If you use purchased Sauerkraut, we it to rinse over a sieve short recommend, as it contains in comparison to the self-made significantly more Acidic.

Liquid ingredients and spices

  • 100 ml oat cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS noble yeast flakes
  • 1 TBSP Yaconsirup
  • 1 pinch cumin, ground
  • Crystal salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 TBSP finely chopped parsley

Preparation

Preparation time about 15 minutes

All the ingredients in a bowl, evenly mix, and season with salt and pepper.
