Saturday Morning host James Martin drops 6st after cutting one food from his diet
British chef James Martin is known for his BBC cookery series Saturday Kitchen from 2006 until 2016.
With a career based around food, the 47-year-old has stunned culinary fans with his latest weight loss transformation.
His journey began in 2005 when he took part in BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Before the show, James weighed 19st 7lbs and within months he dropped an impressive 5st.

He began an intensive training routine and continued to stay in shape after initially slimming down.
“You kind of watch and go, ‘Oh God there’s a bit of chin happening there’,” James told the Mail Online.
The culinary mastermind added: “And everybody’s TVs are bigger now. Before you used to watch TV on a small one and now they’re massive.”
James decided to make a huge change in his diet which kept him looking trim.
The chef surprised customers on board a flight to Turkey where he showed off his new menu.
It includes a selection of delicious dishes, including a Somerset cider chicken with dauphinoise potato and roasted root vegetables and slow braised beef in Guinness, chive and garlic mash potato for main course.
Vegetarians can look forward to James’ roasted cauliflower with a lightly spicy cauliflower puree, mushrooms and spinach gnocchi.
As for dessert, James has a delicious banoffee caramel latte mousse on the menu.
