People kinda-totally freaked in the comments. “Stunning! (as always) 💞,” one person wrote. “You don’t age!!!❤️🔥” another said.
Here’s another shot of Katie’s fab fit and physique:
While those abs are everything, the Dawson’s Creek alum shared that she’s actually started working out less.
“I used to put a lot of pressure on [myself, like] ‘oh I’ve got to work out five times this week,’” she said at a 2019 panel for Hoka One One, per Shape.“Now I think ‘you know what? I’m actually going to put this in the category of self-care, and I should enjoy it and look at it like that because I don’t have to put the pressure [on me].”
When she does work out, Katie shared that she’s a big fan of spinning, boxing, yoga, and dance.
“I have my own Spin bike, so I can do it at home when I have to get up really early; otherwise I go to FlywheelSports,” she told Shape. “I got into boxing a couple of years ago, and now I take classes at Rumble.”
Katie runs on occasion—she even did the 2007 New York City marathon—but, she said, she doesn’t run as much anymore.
“I did the marathon in 2007, so I felt like I really ran it, so I don’t run as much anymore,” she said at the HOKA panel. “I thought I would run 10 miles a week forever after that and it was like ‘oh no.’”
But Katie said she gets some nice mental perks from working out.
“The days that I don’t feel like going to work out, usually those are the days that I grow the most or discover something that I never thought I would,” she said. “If I’m stressed about something, [running] just immediately clears that and I can think more clearly.”
