Watch This Guy Eat The Rock's Most Epic Cheat Meals
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is known for his epic cheat meals, feasts so huge and ridiculous that mere mortals’ stomachs might only be able to handle half of the food on his plate(s). But that doesn’t mean that some brave souls aren’t willing to at least try to match The Rock’s indulgence. Bodybuilder and YouTuber MattDoesFitness decided to take the challenge and mimic the actor’s most famous meals—all in one day—in a new video.
To start, Matt begins the day with one of Johnson’s iconic cheats: Pancakes.
“There’s the classic Rock pancake stack that everyone associates with The Rock’s cheat meals,” he says.
He struggles to down a dozen of the pancakes, but makes it through. He then takes a food-induced nap and goes on a family hike to burn off some calories before tackling the next meal.
For lunch, Matt enjoys his own sushi buffet because The Rock is known for eating enormous amounts of fish and rice on “Sushi Sundays.”
“I have bought the entire supply of sushi from the supermarket,” says Matt’s wife.
Matt proceeds to eat plate after plate of rolls, which leaves him nauseous after such a heavy breakfast.
“Update: feeling pretty sick. I think in hindsight the pancakes are the underlying issue, but we’re going to push on,” Matt says.
He proceeds to get in a quick workout using just dumbbells and a bench since he doesn’t have access to a gym in quarantine.

After that, it’s time for another meal: pizza. Matt devours a whole Margherita pizza, which he enjoys more than the previous meals.
“That was good. That was ideal. Thank you, Dwayne, for your recommendation,” he says.
But that’s not the last challenge for the day. Matt has enough space in his stomach to tackle one more meal.
“We’re going to finish the day strong,” he says before diving into a huge helping of French toast.
Although the meals were delicious, Matt says he doesn’t enjoy the concept of cheat days.
“Eating massive amounts of food… I just don’t enjoy it, you know?” Clearly, he’s not The Rock.
