Apple-Crumble – gluten free

Ingredients for 4 servings

For the Apple Crumble

  • 360 g of Apples, slightly tart peel, core, and 1.5-cm cubes
  • 50 g rolled oats, gluten-free
  • 50 g of ground almonds
  • 2 TBSP raisins

Liquid ingredients and spices

  • 50 g 2 TBSP vegan organic Margarine (cold)
  • 1 TBSP 4 TSP Xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • ½ TSP Bourbon vanilla powder
  • ½ TSP cinnamon powder
  • ¼ TSP cardamom powder
  • 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt

For the vanilla sauce

  • 200 ml of soy drink
  • 80 ml soy cream
  • 2 TSP organic corn starch with 2 TABLESPOONS water to mix
  • ½ TSP Bourbon vanilla powder
  • 1 Msp. Organic Lemon Zest
  • 2 TBSP Xylitol
  • 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt

Preparation

Preparation time about 10 minutes cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes

The oven to 180 °C Umluft pre-heating and a fire-proof dish (about 20 x 15 cm).

2 TABLESPOONS Margarine in a saucepan and sprinkle. Then the Apple pieces with the raisins approx. 3 Min. in it until translucent. Then with 1 TBSP of Xylitol, vanilla and cardamom sprinkle and mix it in.

In the meantime, to Crumble the almonds, oatmeal, 50 g Margarine, 4 TSP of Xylitol, cinnamon, and pinch of salt in a bowl of Hand quickly (!) knead to a crumbly mass.

The Apples in the gratin dish and then the Crumble mass is evenly spread.

The Whole thing in the oven for about 25 – 30 Min. gold-brown cheeks.

For the Sauce, the soya drink into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then the rest of the ingredients except the starch and mix in 2 Min. simmer. To the side, and only briefly before eating, bring to a boil again, and the strength of stirring.

The Apple Crumble with vanilla sauce to serve.
